Privacy Policy

This website does not run analytics trackers or advertising technology, and it does not set cookies beyond any that are strictly necessary for the site to function. We do not build a profile of visitors to this site.

If you send us an inquiry by email, we receive the contents of that email, including your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include. We use that information only to respond to you and, if relevant, to follow up about your organization's interest in Arrivena. We do not add inquiry senders to a marketing list without a separate, explicit opt-in.

We retain inquiry emails for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain a record of the conversation, and delete or archive them afterward in the ordinary course of business.

Arrivena, the software product, processes information on behalf of the customer organizations that use it, under written agreements with each customer. SedgeRidge acts as a service provider to those organizations, not as an independent controller of the client records they enter into the system.

Individual client records processed within the service are subject to the confidentiality rules that already apply to that information, including federal confidentiality protections for substance use disorder records under 42 CFR Part 2 where applicable, and any additional terms in the customer's agreement with SedgeRidge. Questions about a specific client's record should go to the organization that submitted it, since SedgeRidge acts on that organization's instructions.

SedgeRidge does not sell personal information processed through the service, under any circumstance.
